Marada and Nabil's wedding was one of these laid back documentary weddings that I love so much. It was less about posing and more about the experience! And it truly was a beautiful emotional celebration on a warm August day complete with lots of dancing, amazingly delicious thai dessert and a surprise ice cream truck!

I never really believed in online dating until I started shooting weddings. It turns out so many of my couples found their love online. Olga and Javier are no exception. These two opted for a private elopement at the New York City Hall followed by a photo session in Central Park. I love working with couples who have a vision for their wedding photos and Olga and Javier were wonderful collaborators. We took a stroll around the lake stopping by the iconic Bethesda Fountain and we found some gorgeous blossoming cherry trees. However, Olga and Javier were most excited about the lake and the row boats after seeing some of my other photos taken on the lake. Unfortunately, the boathouse was closing earlier but it didn’t stop us. The guys at the boathouse were so kind to let the newlyweds enjoy the boat ride after the closing hours and we got the shots we wanted:) Congratulations once again, Olga and Javier!
