"Danny is the frosting on the cake and Molly is the foundation" - best relationship description I've heard during a ceremony:) But seriously it was a magical night with these two souls! I remember that chilly Massachusetts air, starry night, the anticipation of Molly coming down the aisle because these two decided to skip the first look, exploring the mansion and all its secret rooms, happy crazy dancing at the end. Good times!

When two Aussies get eloped in NYC and I get to document the process magic happens! Couldn't be happier with how everything turned out although we spent half the time in traffic:) I love when couples let me document a few moments in the hotel room beforehand and you can just see and feel all the excitement and anticipation! This was also my first time photographing an elopement ceremony near Gapstow Bridge in Central Park. I have to admit it's one of my favorite spots now:) It's quite hidden from the crowds and yet you can still see the city skyscrapers! We finished our session all the way in Brooklyn with the best city views in Brooklyn Bridge Park.
Read MoreThe Skylark Wedding, New York - Liz and Chris
I met Chris and Liz long before their wedding at a wedding show in Brooklyn. These two were so in love and very excited about the wedding day to come. I think the word 'exciting" is an understatement for how their celebration really felt! It was grand, it was emotional and it was gorgeous and crazy all at the same time! It was also the hottest August day I can remember but it didn't really matter:) After a beautiful ceremony the guests enjoyed cocktails on a rooftop bar at The Skylark followed by what I can only call "the most epic dance party ever"! Chris and Liz busted some crazy moves on the dance floor and their friends and family did not disappoint either:) Thank you once again to Chris and Liz for making me a part of their day and letting me capture all the fun!
Read MoreFreemans Restaurant Intimate Wedding, New York City - Susie and Phil
Susie and Philip decided to have an intimate celebration in one of my favorite hidden gems in Soho called Freemans Restaurant. Susie herself is a photographer and I am beyond grateful she trusted me to document their emotional ceremony and do some killer portraits around soho area and at Indigo Hotel. Each wedding leaves me with a certain feeling and Susie and Phil's celebration was one of the most laid back weddings this Fall. Also, any time a family dog makes an appearance at a wedding I am beyond excited! Their dog Riley was the cutest:)

I met Elka and Matt in San Francisco last year and I knew right away these two were such goofballs together! We shot their engagement photos with a San Francisco backdrop and in a way they helped me fall in love with their city:) Fast forward to this foggy June day in New Jersey and I was blown away by their amazing families and their incredible energy on the dancefloor! Elka's grandpa is full of live and their grandpa granddaughter dance was so special and so fun! But it was also the more intimate quite moments that I can't forget:) I just remember spending a few moments with Elka waiting for her mom to help her get dressed and there were just so many emotions that were there in that tiny dressing room. I gave her a big hug and in that moment I was happy I could be there to not only capture their day but also experience this with them and reassure her that it's going to be awesome:) Thank you thank you thank you for letting me document your day, Elka and Matt!
Read MoreFun Martha Clara Vineyard Wedding, Long Island - Jenna and Jarret
It was the most magical day when the weather decided to be nice and it stopped raining right before Jenna and Jarret's first look and ceremony. It was hard not to shed a tear because their vows were so touching and so personal. And then the biggest surprise of the evening was Jenna's spontaneous rockstar moment performing a song for the whole party! This girl has a voice! I think the photos don't really need much explanation. It was a fun laid back happy wedding day:)

This year I had the pleasure of traveling to Ireland and little did I know but Michelle and Stewart are Irish! I found that out on their wedding day here in NYC two weeks before my travels and naturally I said we should all meet up in Dublin when I come to Ireland! The most amazing thing is we met by chance in a completely different town of Galway when these two spotted me in a local restaurant! It's a small world and sometimes plans don't work out but life just happens in the most random way and meetings like this happen:) Needless to say, I have the best memories from Michelle and Stewart's elopement! It was a day full of love, champagne toasts, some rain and lots of smiles:)

I remember meeting Karl at a Brooklyn bistro for coffee for the first time and I knew right away Karl is the kind of guy who knows what he wants and who cares a lot about Emily! Karl is from UK and he met Emily during a soccer game in Portland, Oregon. I think we clicked right away because Karl cares about the moments as much as I do:) Their wedding was, indeed, a day full of amazing moments and stories! The speeches alone lasted about half an hour and we laughed until our cheeks hurt and then we laughed some more because the energy in the room was contagious. I am beyond excited to share these images from this stylish and fun wedding of Emily and Karl at 501 Union! A big thanks to Karl and Emily for letting me capture their story.

Julie and Taylor's wedding was certainly a gorgeous celebration! But to simply state that their wedding was beautiful is not enough. The highlight of the day was Taylor's surprise performance to Julie during their reception at Palm House. I remember him sneaking away to the kitchen with his guitar and practicing his song beforehand. And then witnessing the surprise and Julie's reaction was so special. Taylor plays in a band and his life is inspired by music and, no doubt, by Julie:) It was a pleasure seeing these two families come together (Taylor's family flew all the way from Australia!) and celebrate the love these two share!

Before I even met Molly I met Danny and their dog Chester:) We sat outside a coffee shop, drank coffee and chatted about their wedding day and photography inspirations and I petted Chester as much as I could because I don't usually have dogs at my first meetings haha. Naturally, we had to have a little photo session with the three of them together! Danny and Molly picked their neighborhood as the backdrop for their Brooklyn engagement session. Simple and laid back and that's how I like it:)

Diane and Amaru got married at the beautiful Stone Mill this past April. I was surprised to find such a gorgeous rustic venue surrounded by trees and the river in the middle of Bronx in New York Botanical Garden. The leaves were just turning green and the cherry blossoms were in bloom so we took advantage of some of the spring colors for their portraits. A good friend of theirs was there to marry them and the whole celebration felt so laid back and so intimate!

"Does everything have to be a joke?" Ayala kept asking Shaun because there certainly wasn't a lack of humor and puns on their wedding day. Shaun and Ayala are so full of energy and so full of love it's hard not to notice so they made my job quite easy:) The celebration reminded me of a big family getaway with everyone staying in small cabins around the lake and just having a great time!

Ali and Andwele and tying the knot tonight so why not share their engagement photos right on their wedding day?:) After rescheduling multiple times and hoping for a good weather in March I had to be creative and find a good indoor location for these two because the weather did not want to cooperate after all. We decided to shoot at the Metropolitan Museum and it might just be one of my favorite new spots! It's a mix of architectural elements and the ambient light of the space that got me so excited and, of course, all the art pieces are just a perfect addition to some of the photos! I can't wait for today's wedding and looking forward to share more of A + A love story soon:)
Read MoreMetropolitan Building Wedding, Queens, NY - Laura and Andy
It's really hard for me to pinpoint what exactly made Laura and Andy's wedding so special. Maybe because there were simply just too many awesome things about these two that made their wedding a day to remember. I actually got to meet their closest friends and family a day before at their rehearsal dinner and I was instantly blown away by the incredible connection they share with their family and friends. The night was filled with stories of how Laura and Andy met and how right they were for each other. I think their wedding was what weddings should really be about: family and the love the two of them share. I also discovered that lawyers can party hard! I mean laying down on the floor kicking heels up in the air kinda partying:) Wishing these two a life full of that happiness I witnessed on their faces as they exchanged their vows and more fun crazy moments!
